Merzouga 4x4 Desert Tour to Safsaf

We will leave your hotel on the outskirts of the Erg Chebbi dunes at approximately 9/10 o’clock in the morning, and we will begin our day trip from Merzouga to the oasis of SafSaf, very close to the Algerian border (the distance of about 1km).

During the journey, we will stop as many times as we wish in order to admire the scenery. We will stop to visit a nomadic Berber family with whom we will share a traditional tea beneath the comforting shade of a Berber tent.

We will continue until we arrive at our destination, the SafSaf oasis. It is a spectacular place. Boxed between high, unpopulated hills appears wild, lush vegetation, traversed by a stream of the same name (SafSaf) in which we can swim. In this heavenly environment, we will have lunch at the place.

Before sunset, we will leave SafSaf along a track that will take us to the Oasis of Tisserdmin, with its large contrasts of water, vegetation, rock, and sand.

We will stop to appreciate it and take photographs, then continue our route back to your hotel, where we will take our leave, putting an end to our fabulous excursion and our day tour from Merzouga to Safsaf desert oasis end.
