Booking Terms and Conditions:

Sahara Camel Trips is a small Berber family business, an independent and professional Morocco tour company that is 100% run and managed by local Nomads with an extensive amount of knowledge of this charming African country offering a variety of authentic Morocco tours, day trips, Sahara desert activities, and all kind of travel services to make your holiday as unique as you are.

By confirming your reservation with us you have totally agreed to these terms and conditions set up below so please read carefully our payment policies before you book a tour/activity with us. All the reservations can be made by email, phone, whatsapp, and requests submitted through our website’s Contact Form but please keep in mind that nothing is confirmed with us until we receive your deposit and we provide you a detailed booking tour confirmation from us.

1 - Deposit & Confirmation

To confirm and secure your reservation we inquire a small deposit (depend on which tour/activity you are interested in) through our PayPal or Payoneer account below, and the rest of the balance will be paid in cash when we meet you either in Euros, US dollars, or Moroccan Dirhams using the XE Currency Converter (xe.com).

Once we receive your deposit we’ll let you know that we have received it successfully and that your Morocco tour is confirmed with us by sending you a detailed confirmation of your booking.

2 - Payment & Cancellation policy

> The rest of the payment will be paid in cash to your driver on the first day of the trip.

> Free cancellation up to 15 days before the departure date of the tour/activity.

> To Cancel the trip in less than 15 days the deposit is non-refundable. But it is still possible to use it again in the future if you reschedule your trip.

> If you want to pay the full payment through Payoneer it is possible.

> If you want to pay the full payment through Paypal it is possible but there will be 5% extra to cover the Paypal fee.

> At the moment we don’t accept credit cards.

> If you would like to pay the full payment online please let us know in order to provide you our Paypal or Payoneer’s details.

3 - Children policy

> Children from 1 to 3 years old are free of charge

> Children from 4 to 10 years are getting a special discount of 50% off

> Children above 10 years old are considered adults

4 - Complaints

For any complaint or dissatisfaction with our services the issue should be reported to your driver or guide so they will take the action immediately. In the unlikely event that the issue remains unsolved please notify us immediately your situation by phone or whatsapp: +212 654 547 436 or send us an email : cameltrips1[@]gmail.com.

5 - Travel Insurance

We do not provide any travel insurance at our company and it is a requirement that you should be insured during your holiday in Morocco. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase a comprehensive travel insurance package covering luggage loss, curtailment, medical emergency, cancellation, repatriation costs, personal money and belongings, flight cancellations and delays…All types of insurance are your responsibility and you are encouraged to obtain the appropriate holiday travel insurance cover.

6 - Drivers

In Morocco in general the drivers cannot legally act as Guides in the imperial cities including Marrakech, Fes…therefore we usually hire local city guides licensed by the Moroccan ministry of tourism. your driver will accompany you outside the vehicle in the small villages, countryside, and the Sahara desert.

Also for Camel Trekking in the Desert we always hire the local Cameleers who are best known to look after the Camels and the ways in the Sahara.

7 - Special Requests

For any special request ( medical, dietary, wheelchair assistance or something else ) please let us know in writing before your tour/activity is booked with us. In order to pass on it and ensure that your trip will be completely safe and you will have a memorable experience.

In case there are special requests we are not able to meet we will advise you in advance before your tour is booked. Also please inform us of any preferences while you are making your booking with us for example ( hotels options, places/sites to visit, bed arrangements or others). We will do our best to accommodate all your requests.

8 - Liability

We will take the responsibility that any part of your travel arrangement must be as described on our website and exactly as you requested when you made your reservation with us. Please note that we suppose no responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, damage, illness, death or loss incurred during your Morocco tour.
